NCH เป้าปี 65 รายได้โต 25% นิวไฮ 2.5 พันลบ.-ยอดขาย 4.1 พันลบ.เปิด 5 โครงการใหม่

นายสมนึก ตันฑเทอดธรรม กรรมการผู้จัดการ บมจ.เอ็น. ซี. เฮ้าส์ซิ่ง (NCH) เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทตั้งเป้ารายได้ปี 65 ไว้ที่ 2.5 พันล้านบาท ทำสถิติสูงสุดใหม่ (New high) คาดว่าจะเติบโต 25% จากปีก่อน โดยที่บริษัทยังคงมั่นใจการโอนโครงการอย่างต่อเนื่องหลังจากลูกค้ายังคงเข้าซื้อโครงการแนวราบตามพฤติกรรมการใช้ชีวิตที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากสถานการณืโควิด-19 ซึ่งรายได้ส่วนหนึ่งจะมาจากการรับรู้ยอดขายรอโอน (Backlog) ที่มีอยู่ 700-800 ล้านบาทที่จะทยอยรับรู้ทั้งหมดเข้ามาใช่ช่วงครึ่งแรกของปีนี้

ขณะที่บริษัทตั้งเป้ายอดขายไว้ที่ 4.6 พันล้านบาท สูงขึ้นจากปีก่อนที่ทำยอดขายได้กว่า 4.1 พันล้านบาท โดยวางแผนเปิด 5 โครงการใหม่ มูลค่า โครงการรวม 4.5 พันล้านบาท โดยจะเน้นโครงการประเภทบ้านเดี่ยวและบ้านแฝดกว่า 70% หลังจากปีก่อนหน้าบริษัทได้เปิดโครงการทาวน์เฮาส์ไปมากแล้ว และในปีนี้จะเน้นทำเลกรุงเทพฯโซนเหนือ เช่น รังสิต และกรุงเทพฯตะวันตก เช่น ราชพฤกษ์ เป็นต้น

บริษัทจะกลับมาซื้อที่ดินใหม่เพื่อรองรับการพัฒนาโครงการใหม่ในปีนี้บางส่วน โดยเฉพาะทำเลกรุงเทพฯตะวันตก หลังจากที่ในปี 64 บริษัทไม่ได้ซื้อที่ดินเข้ามาเพิ่ม แต่หันมาใช้ที่ดินในพอร์ตในการพัฒนาโครงการต่าง ๆ ทำให้ปีนี้ต้องกลับมาซื้อที่ดินเพิ่มขึ้นค่อนข้างมาก โดยวางงบซื้อที่ดินไว้ที่ 800-1,000 ล้านบาท ซึ่งจะใช้เงินทุนของบริษัทเป็นส่วนใหญ่

ขณะเดียวกันบริษัทจะยังมีการลงทุนเพิ่มอีก 200 ล้านบาทในการพัฒนาศูนย์ Wellness & Sport Center ภายใต้แบรนด์ NC Regen 2 แห่ง ในโครงการบ้านฟ้าปิยรมย์ วงแหวนลำมูกกา คลอง 6 พื้นที่ 5,328 ตารางเมตร และโครงการ Thanya Golf Club ลำลูกกา คลอง 5 พื้นที่ 1,015 ตารางเมตร ส่วนหนึ่งจะมาเสริมการให้บริการลูกบ้านในโครงการนั้นๆ รวมถึงเปิดรับสมาชิกจากบุคคลภายนอกเข้ามาใช้บริการด้วย ซึ่งจะเข้ามาช่วยสร้างรายได้จากการบริการเข้ามาเสริมให้กับบริษัท
