ปตท.สผ.เผย ARV ตั้ง 4 บริษัทย่อยรุกธุรกิจบริการ AI-Drone

ปตท.สผ.แจงบริษัท "ARV" จัดตั้ง 4 บริษัทย่อยดำเนินธุรกิจให้บริการด้านเทคโนโลยีหุ่นยนต์และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ตรวจสอบและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ใต้ทะเล โครงสร้างพื้นฐานและการเกษตรผ่านโดรน รวมทั้งใช้ IoT ด้านข้อมูลสุขภาพ

นายสัมฤทธิ์ สำเนียง รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ กลุ่มงานการเงินและการบัญชี บริษัท ปตท.สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ PTTEP (ปตท.สผ.) เปิดเผยว่า บริษัท เอไอ แอนด์ โรโบติกส์ เวนเจอร์ส จำกัด (ARV) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยของ ปตท.สผ. ได้จัดตั้งบริษัทย่อยจำนวน 4 บริษัทเพื่อรองรับแผนการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัท

สำหรับการจัดตั้งบริษัทย่อยดังกล่าว ได้แก่ บริษัท โรวูล่า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (โรวูล่า), บริษัท สไกลเลอร์ โซลูชั่นส์ จำกัด (สไกลเลอร์), บริษัท วรุณา (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (วรุณา) และบริษัท แคริว่า (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (แคริว่า) มีทุนจดทะเบียนบริษัทละ 1 ล้านบาท ประกอบด้วย หุ้นสามัญจำนวน 100,000 หุ้น มูลค่าหุ้นละ 10 บาท ทั้งนี้ บริษัท เอไอ แอนด์ โรโบติกส์ เวนเจอร์ส จำกัด ถือหุ้นในสัดส่วน 100%

ทั้งนี้ บริษัทโรวูล่ามุ่งเน้นการทำธุรกิจด้านการสำรวจ ตรวจสอบ และซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ใต้ทะเล โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีหุ่นยนต์และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Advanced Artificial Intelligence, AI) เพื่อให้บริการแก่ธุรกิจทั้งในและนอกกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมก๊าซธรรมชาติและน้ำมัน

ส่วนบริษัทสไกลเลอร์ ให้บริการตรวจสอบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในอุตสาหกรรมต่างๆ ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์โดยใช้ประโยชน์จากอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (Drone) และระบบอัตโนมัติต่างๆ
