OECDเตรียมปรับข้อสอบPISAเหมาะสมกับช่วงสถานการณ์โควิดระบาด

ผอ.โออีซีดียันข้อสอบจะเน้นการคิดวิเคราะห์มากขึ้น แนะครูไทยต้องปรับวิธีการสอนเด็กให้คิดวิเคราะห์เป็น

นายสุภัทร จำปาทอง ปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (ศธ.) กล่าวว่า ตามที่ตนได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมสมัยสามัญของยูเนสโก ครั้งที่ 41 ณ สำนักงานใหญ่องค์การยูเนสโก กรุงปารีส ประเทศฝรั่งเศส พร้อมกับนางสาวตรีนุช เทียนทอง รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (รมว.ศธ.) เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้นั้น ตนได้พบกับ Mr.Andreas Schleicher ผู้อำนวยการด้านการศึกษาและทักษะองค์การความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจและการพัฒนา (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development : OECD ) ซึ่งได้หารือถึงการเตรียมความพร้อมการประเมินนักเรียนร่วมกับนานาชาติ หรือ (Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) ในปี 2022 ซึ่งตนได้ฝาก Mr.Andreas ในประเด็นการสอบดังกล่าว ว่า จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 หรือ โควิด-19 ส่งผลให้ประเทศไทยไม่สามารถจัดการเรียนการสอนในรูปแบบปกติได้ โดยในช่วง 2 ปีของการระบาดของโควิด-19 ที่ผ่านมาการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียนกลุ่มอายุ 15 ปี หรือนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มที่จะต้องเข้ารับการสอบ PISA เรียนผ่านระบบออนไลน์ทั้งหมดจึงทำให้เรียนได้ไม่เต็มที่ ซึ่งในประเด็นนี้ Mr. Andreas เข้าใจและรับทราบสถานการณ์การเรียนออนไลน์เป็นทุกโรงเรียนทั่วโลก ดังนั้น OECD พร้อมที่จะปรับข้อสอบ PISA ให้มีความเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์การเรียนของเด็กในช่วงโควิด

ปลัดศธ.กล่าวอีกว่า นอกจากนี้ Mr. Andreas ยังระบุอีกว่า เข้าการสอบ PISA จะเน้นโจทย์ข้อสอบด้วยการคิดวิเคราะห์ ซึ่งเรื่องนี้เป็นจุดอ่อนในการเรียนการสอนของประเทศไทย ซึ่ง Mr.Andreas ให้คำแนะนำว่าเราจะต้องมีการพัฒนาครูให้ปรับวิธีการเรียนการสอนด้วยการคิดวิเคราะห์ให้มากขึ้น
"ผมได้ขอให้ OECD ช่วยแนะนำประเทศที่มีการพัฒนาครูในด้านการเรียนการสอนในลักษณะดังกล่าว เพื่อที่เราจะนำมาเป็นต้นแบบและดำเนินการนำร่องพัฒนาครูในโรงเรียนของประเทศไทย ทั้งนี้ แม้ประเทศไทยกำลังปรับการเรียนการสอนด้วยการเรียนในรูปแบบ Active Learning หรือกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ผู้เรียนได้ลงมือทำและได้ใช้กระบวนการคิดก็ตาม แต่ยังปูพรมได้ไม่ทั้งหมด ดังนั้นจึงอยากมีตัวอย่างโรงเรียนนำร่อง เพื่อเป็นต้นแบบระดับมาตรฐานสากลด้วย"ปลัด ศธ.กล่าว
