จากคำสั่งระงับใช้ชุดตรวจ เชื้อไวรัสโควิดทั้ง Antigen Rapid Test Kit และ Antibody Rapid Test Kit ของ Lepu Medical Technology ที่ออสท์แลนด์ แคปปิตอล ได้นำเข้า ส่งผลให้หลายฝ่ายตั้งข้อสังเกตว่า ATK ที่ชนะประมูลนั้นมีประสิทธิ์ภาพหรือไม่นั้น
"ศิริญา เทพเจริญ" รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารสายงานการตลาด บริษัท ณุศาศิริ (มหาชน) ตัวแทนจำหน่าย ATK ของ ออสท์แลนด์ แคปปิตอล และเป็นผู้นำATKเข้าประมูลในโครงการพิเศษของสำนักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ (สปสช.) กล่าวว่าชุดตรวจ ATK ของ Lepu เป็นโนฮาวในยุโรปที่ผลิตจากโรงงานในประเทศจีนซึ่งได้รับการรับรองจากคณะกรรมการอาหารและยาเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทำให้มั่นใจว่าเราได้ของมีคุณภาพในราคาที่ประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงได้ จะได้ช่วยประหยัดงบประเทศชาติจึงเกิดแนวคิดที่มาประมูลงานรัฐ เป็นครั้งแรกการประมูลช่วยชาติ!!
ในราคาชุดละ 70 บาท เป็นเพราะสั่งซื้อปริมาณมาก ทำให้ชนะประมูลคู่แข่งในราคาที่ต่ำกว่าแค่ 2 บาท กำไรไม่ได้ได้มากชิ้นละ2-3 บาท ส่วนกรณี FDAสหรัฐขอเก็บคืนเพราะว่าเป็นสินค้าที่ถูกลักลอบนำเข้าไปจำหน่ายในสหรัฐอเมริกาและการที่Antigen Rapid Test Kit และ Antibody Rapid Test Kit ของ Lepu Medical Technology ไม่ได้ FDA ในสหรัฐอเมริกา เพราะช่วงที่โดนัล ทรัม ดำรงตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดีนั้น ไม่อนุญาตให้สินค้าจากจีน เข้าไปขอ FDA และATKดังกล่าวไม่ใช่ATKน้ำลายหรือจมูกแต่เป็นการเจาะเลือด ซึ่งเป็นคนละตัวกัน จึงเป็นการเข้าใจผิด !! ซึ่งตนพร้อมที่จะชี้แจง
ศิริญา ระบุว่า หากยกเลิกไม่เซ็นสัญญา ไม่เป็นไรไม่ได้มีปัญหาอะไร เพราะตั้งใจประมูลเพื่อช่วยชาติประหยัดงบ และการที่ราคาถูกกว่าคนอื่น2 บาทไม่ใช่ว่าของราคาถูกกว่าคนอื่นจะไม่ดี แต่เป็นเพราะสามารถต่อรองกับผู้ผลิตได้ เนื่องจากจำนวนลอตใหญ่ถึง8.5 ล้านชุด ขณะนี้รอแค่เซ็นสัญญาค่อยโอนเงินก่อนที่นำเข้าATK มาให้รัฐบาลได้ทันตามกำหนดภายใน 14 วัน
