อาจารย์ แพทย์หญิงมนทกานติ์ โอประเสริฐสวัสดิ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายโครงการจัดตั้งวิทยาเขตนครสวรรค์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เปิดเผยว่า วิทยาเขตนครสวรรค์ มีความพร้อมทั้งในด้านอาคารสถานที่ บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ องค์ความรู้ด้านส่งเสริมสุขภาวะ และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่จำเป็น โดยได้มีการจัดตั้ง "ศูนย์การแพทย์มหิดลบำรุงรักษ์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ " เพื่อเป็นที่พึ่งทางสุขภาวะของประชาชนในชุมชนมาเป็นเวลากว่า 2 ปี เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ได้ร่วมกับ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเขาทอง โรงพยาบาลพยุหะคีรี โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพส่วนตำบลเขาทอง และวัดเขาทอง เปิดศูนย์พักคอยกันภัยมหิดล" (Mahidol University Community Isolation - MUCI) ขึ้น ภายในวิทยาเขตฯ โดยรับผู้ติดเชื้อที่ไม่แสดงอาการไปจนถึงมีอาการเล็กน้อย มาพักคอยดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด ในอาคารซึ่งปรับปรุงจากอาคารเรียนและอาคารทำกิจกรรมที่อยู่แยกจากพื้นที่หลักของวิทยาเขตฯ โดยมีนักศึกษาและบุคลากรของวิทยาเขตฯ พร้อมต้อนรับช่วยเหลือ
