สระแก้ว - อุทยานแห่งชาติปางสีดา จ.สระแก้ว พร้อมเปิดรับนักท่องเที่ยวแล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 6 ก.ย.นี้ หลังปิดชั่วคราวนานกว่าเดือนจากสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ชูจุดขายความสมบูรณ์ทางธรรมชาติในแบบฉบับผืนป่ามรดกโลก พร้อมเทศกาลดูผีเสื้อปางสีดา แต่ยังจำกัดนักท่องเที่ยวที่ 700 คนต่อวัน 

นายบุญเชิด เจริญสุข หัวหน้าอุทยานแห่งชาติปางสีดา เผยว่า หลังจากที่อุทยานแห่งชาติปางสีดา จ.สระแก้ว ได้มีประกาศปิดแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเป็นการชั่วคราวตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 ก.ค.ที่ผ่านมา เพื่อปฏิบัติตามมาตรการเฝ้าระวังและควบคุมการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19

ส่งผลให้สภาพผืนป่าต้นน้ำห้วยโสมง ภายในแอ่งหุบเขารูปเรือ บริเวณจุดชมวิวทะเลหมอก กม.25 ห่างจากจุดกางเต็นท์ห้วยน้ำเย็น ประมาณ 5.5 กม. ซึ่งได้รับการประกาศเป็นผืนป่ามรดกโลก ตั้งแต่วันที่ 14 ก.ค.2548 ได้กลับคืนความสมบูรณ์ของป่าซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของผืนป่าดงพญาเย็น-เขาใหญ่อีกครั้ง

ขณะที่สภาพความเป็นอยู่อาศัยของสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมกว่า 80 ชนิด และสัตว์ปีกมากกว่า 250 ชนิด รวมถึงผีเสื้อไม่น้อยกว่า 400 ชนิด บริเวณที่หุบเขาขนาดใหญ่กลุ่มน้ำตกแควมะค่า ต้นกำเนิดของห้วยโสมง และลำสะโตน ซึ่งเป็นต้นน้ำที่สำคัญของลุ่มน้ำบางปะกง กลับมามีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ตามไปด้วย



ที่สำคัญบริเวณเทือกเขาว่าน ซึ่งเป็นเส้นแบ่งเขต จ.สระแก้ว และนครราชสีมา รวมทั้งแบ่งเขตดูแลของอุทยานแห่งชาติปางสีดา จ.สระแก้ว กับอุทยานแห่งชาติทับลาน จ.นครราชสีมา ยังได้เผยให้เห็นสัตว์ป่าและไก่ฟ้าพญาลอ ในหลายจุด

และในวันนี้เมื่อสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 เริ่มทรงตัว และมีแนวโน้มคลี่คลายไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น อุทยานแห่งชาติปางสีดา จึงพร้อมแล้วที่จะเปิดให้บริการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวภายในอุทยานฯ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 6 ก.ย.นี้เป็นต้นไป เพื่อต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยวในช่วงเทศกาลดูผีเสื้อปางสีดา ที่จะมีขึ้นในกลางเดือนนี้อีกด้วย

"แต่การเปิดให้มีกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวในครั้งนี้ จะเปิดแบบไปกลับเท่านั้น และยังไม่เปิดให้บริการพักค้างแรมบริเวณบ้านพักออนไลน์ และลานกางเต็นท์ และจะยังคงงดกิจกรรมทางน้ำทุกประเภท เพื่อความปลอดภัยของนักท่องเที่ยวและเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน"



หัวหน้าอุทยานแห่งชาติปางสีดา ยังกล่าวอีกว่า ตั้งแต่วันที่ 6 ก.ย.นี้ อุทยานฯ จำเป็นต้องขอความร่วมมือนักท่องเที่ยวให้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรการ ข้อกำหนด และระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด เช่น นักท่องเที่ยว หรือผู้ที่เดินทางมาจากเขตพื้นที่ควบคุมสูงสุดและเข้มงวด 29 จังหวัด ต้องปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งและประกาศของ ศบค.อย่างเคร่งครัดทุกกรณี

โดยนักท่องเที่ยวต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรการท่องเที่ยวอุทยานแห่งชาติวิถีใหม่แบบ New Normal โดยกำหนดให้นักท่องเที่ยวต้องผ่านจุดคัดกรองก่อนการเข้าออก พื้นที่ พร้อมทั้งลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าก่อนเข้าอุทยานฯ ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน ควบคู่กับการลงทะเบียนเข้าออกผ่านแอปไทยชนะ

อีกทั้งมาตรการกำหนดให้ควบคุมจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวได้ไม่ให้เกินขีดความสามารถในการรองรับได้ (Carrying Capacity) ประมาณจำนวน 700 คนต่อวัน หากมีข้อสงสัยสามารถติดต่อสอบถามสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดสระแก้ว ที่หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ 0-3742-5141
