อย. เผยรายชื่อ 6 ผลิตภัณฑ์ฟ้าทะลายโจรผิดกฎหมาย

อย. ตรวจพบผลิตภัณฑ์ฟ้าทะลายโจร 6 รายการ ฉวยโอกาสหลอกประชาชน มีทั้งไม่ขออนุญาต สวมเลข อย. ของผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น อ้างว่ามีฟ้าทะลายโจรเป็นส่วนประกอบแต่ไม่มีจริง และใช้วัตถุดิบอื่นแทน เตือนประชาชนระวัง ก่อนซื้อขอให้ตรวจสอบเลข อย. ที่ www.fda.moph.go.th หัวข้อตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือ Oryor Smart Application หากพบผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องสงสัย แจ้งได้ที่สายด่วน อย. 1556

วันนี้ (4 ส.ค.) เภสัชกรหญิงสุภัทรา บุญเสริม ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านสาธารณสุข และรักษาราชการแทนรองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา เปิดเผยว่า สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) ได้ตรวจพบมีผู้ฉวยโอกาสนำผลิตภัณฑ์ฟ้าทะลายโจรผิดกฎหมายมาหลอกขายให้ประชาชนผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ มีทั้งที่ไม่ได้ขออนุญาตกับ อย. เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ปลอมที่สวมเลข อย. ของผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น หรืออ้างว่ามีฟ้าทะลายโจร แต่ตอนได้รับอนุญาตไม่มีฟ้าทะลายโจรเป็นส่วนประกอบแต่อย่างใด หรือใช้วัตถุดิบอื่นแทน จึงขอเตือนให้ประชาชนอย่าซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ ดังนี้

ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ยังไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจาก อย.

1. ฟ้าทะลายโจร ตราโนนทรี ระบุทะเบียนเลขที่ TAS-PR : 104 ซึ่งเป็นเลขที่รหัสรับรองการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์อินทรีย์ ไม่ใช่เลขทะเบียนตำรับสมุนไพร

ผลิตภัณฑ์ปลอม สวมเลข อย. ของผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น หรืออ้างว่ามีฟ้าทะลายโจรเป็นส่วนประกอบ

1. ผลิตภัณฑ์ฟ้าทะลายโจร ตราอินทารา ฉลากระบุเลข อย. 63-1-17262-5-0005 และโฆษณาสรรพคุณเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรค ป้องกันไม่ให้ติดไวรัสในกลุ่มทางเดินหายใจ และช่วยป้องกันไวรัสโควิด-19 ตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าวได้รับอนุญาตเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารในชื่อ อินทรา-015 (ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร) ไม่มีฟ้าทะลายโจรเป็นส่วนประกอบแต่อย่างใด

2. ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร วีโอดี เฮิร์บ พลัส สารสกัดจาก ฟ้าทะลายโจร ฉลากระบุเลข อย. 10-1-15662-5-0019 ตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าวได้รับอนุญาตเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร ซึ่งไม่มีสารสกัดจากฟ้าทะลายโจรเป็นส่วนประกอบ

3. ผลิตภัณฑ์ "ฟ้า fA Andrographis Paniculata Cordata 600 mg" ฉลากระบุเลข อย. 13-1-27660-5-0029 ส่วนประกอบระบุว่ามี Andrographis paniculata 400 mg ฟ้าทะลายโจร 60% ตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าวได้รับอนุญาตเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารในชื่อ ฟ้า (ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร) ซึ่งไม่มีฟ้าทะลายโจรเป็นส่วนประกอบ

4. ยาแคปซูลฟ้าทะลายโจรสกัด (ANDROGRAPHIS EXTRACT CAPSULES) ฉลากระบุทะเบียนเลขที่ G1/61 (พจ) และระบุชื่อผู้จำหน่าย สี่พระยาโอสถ วัดโพธิ์ แขวงพระราชวัง เขตพระนคร กรุงเทพมหานคร ไม่ระบุชื่อผู้ผลิต ตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าวสวมเลขทะเบียนตำรับสมุนไพรของห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด เจ้าพระยาโอสถ ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัดพิจิตร

ผลิตภัณฑ์ปลอม สวมเลข อย. ของผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นและใช้วัตถุดิบอื่นแทนฟ้าทะลายโจร

1. ฟ้าทะลายโจร ฉลากระบุทะเบียนเลขที่ G255/63 ตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าวสวมเลขทะเบียนตำรับของผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพร โรงงานแม่คำป้อโอสถ อ.เชียงดาว จ. เชียงใหม่ และใช้บอระเพ็ดซึ่งมีรสขมคล้ายฟ้าทะลายโจรบรรจุลงในแคปซูล หลอกขายเป็นฟ้าทะลายโจร
