TWZ คว้าออเดอร์แรกจากธุรกิจกัญชง หลังผนึกความร่วมมือกับ "เอเอ ไบโอ" ตั้งบริษัทใหม่ ประเดิมรับคำสั่งซื้อน้ำมันกัญชงสกัดล่วงหน้าจากยักษ์ใหญ่อันดับสองของโลกและอันดับหนึ่งของออสเตรเลีย "แคนน์ โกล." คาดส่งสินค้าและเริ่มรับรู้รายได้เฟสแรกปลายไตรมาส 1 ถึงต้นไตรมาส 2 ปี 65 ประเมินช่วงออกสตาร์ทปีแรกรายได้อยู่ในราว 50 ล้านบาทต่อปี พร้อมวางแผนระยะยาวพัฒนานวัตกรรมกัญชง หวังขยายฐานลูกค้า เปิดตลาดให้กว้างขึ้น

นายณัฐชัย เจริญขจรกุล ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารร่วม สายงาน Non-Telecom บริษัท ทีดับบลิวแซด คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TWZ เปิดเผยว่า หลังจาก TWZ ได้เข้าลงทุนจัดตั้งบริษัท สยามเมดิคอล แคนนาบิส จำกัด (SMC) ร่วมกับบริษัท เอเอไบโอ จำกัด (AABIO) โดย TWZ ถือหุ้นในสัดส่วน 49% ผ่านบริษัท ซีบีดี คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยของ TWZ และ AABIO ถือหุ้นในสัดส่วน 51% โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการประกอบธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมกัญชง เพื่อจำหน่ายภายในประเทศและส่งออกไปยังต่างประเทศนั้น ล่าสุด บริษัทฯ ได้รับคำสั่งซื้อน้ำมันกัญชงสกัดล่วงหน้าจากบริษัท แคนน์ โกล. จำกัด (Cann Global) ยักษ์ใหญ่อุตสาหกรรมกัญชงของโลก โดยคาดว่าจะสามารถส่งสินค้าและรับรู้รายได้จากการขายเฟสแรกได้ในไตรมาสแรกของปี 2565

ทั้งนี้ บริษัท แคนน์ โกล. จำกัด (Cann Global) เป็นบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ออสเตรเลีย และเป็นยักษ์ใหญ่ในอุตสาหกรรมกัญชงกัญชาเพื่อการวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์กัญชงกัญชาทางการแพทย์ อันดับหนึ่งในประเทศออสเตรเลีย และเป็นอันดับสองของโลก โดยธุรกิจของแคนน์ โกล. ครอบคลุมการปลูกและแปรรูปกัญชง ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร ภายใต้แบรนด์ EM Wholefoods, Blanck&Co และ Australian Grown Naturals เป็นต้น รวมถึงผลิตภัณฑ์สกินแคร์ และผลิตภัณฑ์ยา

"เราจะทยอยรับรู้รายได้จากการส่งมอบสินค้าให้กับ "แคนน์ โกล." เฟสแรกในช่วงปลายไตรมาสที่ 1 หรือต้นไตรมาสที่ 2 ของปี 2565 โดยการปลูกและการสกัดในแต่ละรอบจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 3 เดือน ซึ่งตลอดอายุสัญญา 1 ปี ทาง TWZ จะรับรู้รายได้ผ่านบริษัทย่อยตามสัดส่วน โดยรายได้ของบริษัทย่อยที่เราประเมินไว้จะอยู่ที่ปีละประมาณ 50 ล้านบาท ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่น่ายินดีที่เรามีพันธมิตรในการร่วมทุนที่มีความแข็งแกร่งอย่าง เอเอ ไบโอ ทำให้เรามีความพร้อมทันทีเมื่อมีคำสั่งซื้อล่วงหน้าเข้ามา เพราะนอกจากจะเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญและมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมกัญชงแล้ว เอเอ ไบโอ ยังมีความพร้อมโดยได้รับใบอนุญาต ตั้งแต่การนำเข้าเมล็ด การปลูก และขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างขอใบอนุญาตการแปรรูป การติดตั้งเครื่องจักร ส่วนใบอนุญาตในการส่งออก จะดำเนินการเป็นครั้งๆไป" นายณัฐชัย กล่าว

สำหรับแปลงปลูกกัญชงของบริษัทฯ จะอยู่บนพื้นที่ 70 ไร่ ตำบลป่าแมด อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่ โดยเอเอ ไบโอ เป็นผู้เพาะปลูกและผลิตสินค้ากัญชง และจะขายผลผลิตทั้งหมดที่ผลิตได้ให้กับบริษัท สยามเมดิคอล แคนนาบิส แต่เพียงผู้เดียว และมอบหมายให้บริษัท สยามเมดิคอล แคนนาบิส เป็นผู้จัดจำหน่าย รวมถึงติดต่อรับคำสั่งซื้อและบริการทั้งหมด
