'ตรีนุช' ยันเกณฑ์การประเมิน'ธนพร สมศรี 'เลขาฯ สกสค. เป็นไปตามตัวชี้วัด

22 พ.ย.2564- นางสาวตรีนุช เทียนทอง รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (รมว.ศธ.) กล่าวถึงกรณีนายธนพร สมศรี เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมสวัสดิการและสวัสดิภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา (สกสค.) ยื่นหนังสือคัดค้านเกณฑ์การประเมินเลขาฯ สกสค.ที่ไม่เป็นธรรม ว่า เรื่องเกณฑ์ประเมินดังกล่าวเป็นไปตามตัวชี้วัดและตามแผนที่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากคณะกรรมการ สกสค. โดยเกณฑ์ที่ใช้ประเมินนั้นถือเป็นเกณฑ์การประเมินทั่วไป ซึ่งในที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการ สกสค.ก็ได้มีการหารือกันอย่างรอบด้านและกำหนดเกณฑ์การประเมินไว้ชัดเจนแล้ว ว่า จะต้องเป็นการประเมินผลงานจากที่ผ่านมาไม่ใช่ผลงานในปัจจุบัน อีกทั้งตนย้ำกับคณะกรรมการประเมินฯ ตลอดว่าขอให้การประเมินเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและเป็นธรรม

ด้านนายบัณฑิตย์ ศรีพุทธางกูร ประธานคณะกรรมการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมสวัสดิการและสวัสดิภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา (สกสค.) ว่า ขณะนี้ยังไม่ได้มีการประเมินผลงานเลขาฯ สกสค. เนื่องจากรับทราบ ว่า มีการร้องเรียนถึงหลักเกณฑ์การประเมินดังกล่าวว่าไม่มีความเป็นธรรมเกิดขึ้น ดังนั้นขณะนี้จึงต้องรอให้คณะกรรมการ สกสค.ที่มี รมว.ศธ. เป็นประธาน ว่า จะดำเนินการหรือข้อสั่งการเรื่องนี้อย่างไรต่อไป เพราะตามหลักปฏิบัติแล้วเมื่อคณะกรรมการประเมินแจ้งเกณฑ์การประเมินให้ผู้ถูกประเมินรับทราบจะต้องมีการตอบกลับข้อมูลมา แต่ขณะนี้ยังไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับ ซึ่งตนก็เพิ่งจะรับทราบว่ามีการร้องเกณฑ์ประเมินผลงานเกิดขึ้น
